You work independently, have a structured and strategic way of working and possess strong communication skills and enjoy coordinating a wide variety of levels
(colleagues in the Cape Town office, volunteers and their families, contact persons in the field and authorities). In addition, you are empathetic, a team player and able to work under pressure. You are able to familiarize yourself with complex contexts in the shortest possible time and prepare information from various channels for further processing. You are fluent in written and spoken English. Ideally, you have experience in intercultural exchange. Knowledge of the weltwärts program or comparable programs is very advantageous. A place of residence in Berlin is an advantage, but not obligatory. However, a self-organized and financed stay in Berlin in preparation for this year’s preparatory seminar is required.
