Dear SAGE Net Alumni and interested parties,
We cordially invite you to a SAGE Net association weekend:
From September 9th to 11th 2022, we will meet at the youth hostel Berlin Ostkreuz (in Berlin) and would be happy if as many of you as possible want to and can join us.
What we are planning
- We want to deal with current developments in South Africa and shed light on the cooperation between South Africa and Germany.
- We want to develop new projects for SAGE Net and take time to work in our Working groups.
- We want to spend time together, get to know each other, exchange ideas, and have a good time together.
- We are looking forward to your further ideas!

The deadline for registration is Thursday, June 30, 2022.
Unfortunately, we have not been able to secure funding for the weekend yet. Therefore, we currently have to ask you to pay 88 Euros or more for the weekend, depending on your room preference, and we cannot cover the travel costs either. However, we are confident that we will be able to find funding – then the contribution for the participation will be significantly reduced and we will be able to cover the travel costs as well. We will keep you informed!
If you can or want to participate only if the costs are significantly lower, please register anyway via the form and answer the corresponding question with “Yes”. Thank you!
Of course it is also possible to stay overnight privately – in this case you will only have to pay for the food and a fee of 10 Euro for the room rental. But even then please register and tick the appropriate box.

- Participation options: You are welcome to sign up for a bed at the hostel. But it is also possible to come only for the day program
- Cost: Currently from 88 euros, see registration form. We hope for a sponsorship, then it will be less. Please also fill out the form, if you can't participate in the weekend for financial reasons.
