WELTWÄRTS VOLUNTEER COORDINATION on parental leave substitution
As of December 15, 2021, we are looking for a weltwärts Volunteer Coordinator (20 hrs/week) to support our team in Berlin in the coordination of the weltwärts North-South program. The position is limited until August 2023.
Your requirement profile
You work independently and have a structured and strategic way of working. Coordination gives you great pleasure. You are also empathetic, a team player, able to work under pressure, and able to familiarize yourself with complex contexts in a very short time. You are fluent in written and spoken English. Ideally, you have experience in intercultural exchange. Knowledge of the weltwärts program is very advantageous.
What you can look forward to
- You accompany young people throughout their volunteer service
- You will be in close contact with the assignment sites in Germany and South Africa
- They plan seminars and conduct them pedagogically
- You will get to know our network and assist in the conceptualization of exciting new programs
WELTWÄRTS ACCOUNTING ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE
As of January 1, 2022, we are looking for support in the area of accounting, administration and finance on a mini-job basis for our team in Berlin to implement both weltwärts programs.
